How do I connect my bank account?
Go to Settings > Bank Connections > Connect Bank. We use Plaid for secure bank connections. Your credentials are never stored on our servers.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You can resubscribe anytime.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use bank-level encryption (256-bit AES) for all data. We never store your bank credentials - we use Plaid for secure read-only access. Your data is never sold to third parties.
Can I export my data?
Yes! You can export your transactions and reports as CSV or PDF files anytime. Perfect for sharing with your accountant at tax time.
